Job Description:
Primarily responsible for conducting sales in two business segments: Renovation/Construction, and Contract Maintenance. While reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this position will work closely with the Atlantic Beach/Emerald Isle Area Manager and the construction team to increase market share. Position will develop and build client relationships to create innovative ways to accomplish business strategies.

  • Meet minimum annual sales goals
  • Maintain regular reporting on behalf of the sales organization that provides clarity for the pipeline management with the intent of creating good analytics and real time views of each salesperson’s project statuses
  • Qualify project and opportunity leads, and work with customers from start to end of project, to ensure customer satisfaction and highest level of service is obtained
  • Cultivate relationships with decision makers (Property/Resort Managers, Owners,Designers and Architects) to create opportunities for CRM
  • Maintain solid understanding of CRM competitors and how the value propositions compare
  • Share information with CRM’s Marketing Manager resulting in market share advantages
  • Attend events, conferences, and shows to promote CRM and our services

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

  • Basic principles and concepts in a variety of disciplines concentrating on relationships with property managers. Hospitality industry knowledge is a must.
  • Microsoft office products (Word, Outlook, and Excel), QuickBooks, and Salesforce
  • Time management and work organization
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
  • Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of corporate and departmental goals.
  • Executed departmental goals, objectives, and procedures
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3+ years sales in hospitality and/or construction; All applicants must have a clean driving record, a valid Driver’s License, and be able to pass a background check.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with decision makers or C-Suite clients within the hospitality industry

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Depending on functional area of assignment, tasks involve the regular and, at times, sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work and may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of heavy objects or materials (up to 50 pounds). Tasks that require moving objects of significant weight require the assistance of another person and/or use of proper techniques and moving equipment.
