WORK OBJECTIVE:
Overall responsibility for the CRM warehouse, including (but not limited to): Security, inventory accuracy of
material counts, cleanliness, compliance to safety procedures, and overall organization. In addition, the
position also serves as assistant on FF&E job site installations. Work is performed under supervision of the
FF&E Director.
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the tasks performed
within this classification. It is not necessarily descriptive of any one position in the class. Additional duties may
be assigned relevant to the position at the discretion of the FF&E Director.
• Completes tasks as assigned by the FF&E Director
• Responsible for shipping, receiving, & material handling of inventory. Inventory includes but is not
limited to furniture, fixtures, drapes, artwork etc.
• Perform cycle counts on materials
• Receive all materials into the warehouse assuring accuracy against the bill of lading
(counts, quality, handling units, etc.)
• Assist with inspecting all incoming and outgoing materials
• Ensure any applicable security measures are implemented to protect the warehouse from being
breached or prevent theft of materials
• Assist with the overall cleanliness and organization of warehouse materials
• Staging/kitting of materials for installs and, often, deliver of materials to the job site in good condition
• Assist with responsibility for the operation, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and security of the CRM

• Responsible for safely installing FF&E including but not limited to drapes, headboards, artwork, etc.
Must have necessary power tools
• Overall compliance of installs to design specifications and satisfaction of end customer(s)
• Expected to exhibit a clean, professional appearance & demeanor when interacting with clients
•Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems,
safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store
flammable materials.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of
proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common
goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED; supplemented by some experience in applicable area of expertise; or an
equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each
of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Forklift operating certificate
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Basic knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings
• Working independently and following through with assignments with minimal supervision
• Reasoning skills that minimize duplication of efforts, including but not limited to comparing, classifying,
analyzing, and coordinating
• Multi-task while working with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the
course of work
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Travel: 20%, primarily local to the Carolina coastal area
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Depending on functional area of assignment, tasks involve the regular and, at times, sustained performance of
moderately physically demanding work and may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of
heavy objects or materials (up to 80 pounds). Tasks that require moving objects of significant weight require
the assistance of another person and/or use of proper techniques and moving equipment. Must be able to
withstand working in all climates including but not limited to a hot warehouse, interior of box and freight
trucks.
Pay: $14 – $18/hour
Shift: Full time
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Mon-Fri, Weekend Availability
