WORK OBJECTIVE:  

Primarily responsible for conducting sales in three business segments: Contract Maintenance, Renovation/Construction, and Property Services, with a focus on Renovation/Construction.  While reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this position will work with the Orlando Area Manager and the construction team to increase market share.  Position will develop and build client relationships to create innovative ways to accomplish business strategies.

  • Meet minimum annual sales goals
  • Maintain regular reporting on behalf of the sales organization that provides clarity for the pipeline management with the intent of creating good analytics and real time views of each salesperson’s project status
  • Qualify project and opportunity leads, and work with customers from start to end of project, to ensure customer satisfaction with the highest level of service
  • Cultivate relationships with decision makers (Property/Resort Managers, Owners, Designers and Architects) to create opportunities for CRM.
  • Maintain solid understanding of CRM competitors and how the value propositions compare.
  • Share information with CRM’s Marketing Manager resulting in market share advantages
  • Attend events, conferences, and shows to promote CRM and our services

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • High School or GED minimum
  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales or a related field
  • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check

In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions to perform this job successfully. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with designers, construction industry, and hospitality contacts

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 

  • Basic principles and concepts in a variety of disciplines concentrating on resort construction/renovation.  Contract maintenance and property service a plus
  • Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Time management and work organization skills
  • Execute departmental goals, objectives, and procedures
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Analyze problems, identify alternative solution, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of corporate and departmental goals

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Depending on functional area of assignment, tasks involve the regular and, at times, sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work and may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of heavy objects or materials (up to 50 pounds). Tasks that require moving objects of significant weight require the assistance of another person and/or use of proper techniques and moving equipment.

Pay: Commission + Base $100K+

Shift: Full time

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Mon-Fri
